Mindset

Have you ever wondered if you changed the way you looked at something if it would change the
way you perceive it? There are two ways in which we look at things in the world using a Growth
Mindset and a Fixed Mindset. Here are a few examples that might change the way you look at
life today.
Life is so busy or I enjoy the small things in life and realize the abundance I am so blessed with
that I could not appreciate before
I am tired of hearing about covid and I am scared. I have learned about so many different ways
to connect with family and friends that I never knew existed and I am not alone.
I want to make time for exercise but I can’t, or I noticed I have a few minutes in the morning, I
will do 5 minutes of core workouts each day.
I am WORRIED! Or I am healthy and I am so glad I am working towards optimizing my health
with Rise Up and I know I have an accountability partner
